An event can be a subscription, contract, bill, birthday or anything else you want to track.

Can I only get reminded?

Yes. Choose Reminder and enter the date that should control the reminder.

Can I only add a cost?

Yes. Choose Cost and enter amount and period, such as monthly or yearly.

Events and reminders

You can start simple and add more details later.

Choose category

Quick choices show common categories. Choose Other to open the full category list.

Choose reminder type

Reminder requires a date. Cost requires amount and period. Both can be combined.

Save

After saving, the reminder appears in overview, reminder list and cost overview when it has a cost.

Costs

The cost overview converts recurring amounts to monthly and yearly totals so you can see what items mean over time.

Periods

You can enter monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, yearly, every four weeks or one-time amounts.

Budget and overview

Costs included in the budget are shown together so you can compare monthly and approximate yearly cost.

Cost with reminder

For contracts and services, you can add both cost and date to the same item, such as next payment or contract date.

Account and plan

Your plan controls how many active items you can have and which channels are available.

Free

Free can have up to 5 active items. Email reminders are used by default.

Premium

Premium can have up to 50 active items and can use more reminder channels when enabled for the account.

Language

You can switch between Swedish and English in the top menu.
