How to use RemindPilot

Everything starts with an item. It can be a cost, a reminder, or both.

Create item

Just get reminded

Choose an important date and how far in advance you want to be notified.

Track costs

Add amount and payment period for things you want to follow by month and year.

Do both at once

Good for subscriptions, insurance, invoices and agreements where both dates and money matter.

Two common paths

Start where the need is clearest and add the rest later.

Start with the cost

  1. Create an item and choose a category, such as Streaming or Insurance.
  2. Add cost, payment period and date if you know it.
  3. Come back later and add a reminder before renewal, due date or notice period.

Start with the reminder

  1. Create an item for what you do not want to miss, such as a birthday, invoice or agreement date.
  2. Choose the date and when RemindPilot should notify you.
  3. Add the cost when you want to see how it affects your month and year.

Why costs are worth adding

A single monthly fee often looks small. Over a year it can become something else.

Find what you do not useStreaming, memberships and add-on services are easy to forget.
Plan heavier monthsYearly payments, insurance and domains are clearer when gathered in one place.

Best start

Create an item and add both date and cost if you have the details. If something is missing, save anyway and complete it later.
